Amazing room, amazing lobby, with outstanding staff always ready to help, whether it be calling a taxi or assisting with translations. The air conditioning was a relief in the August heat.

It was just an excellent fit for a couple of nights in Rome with exceptional value. The manager really turned things around when we faced some service issues. Just be aware of the city tax when checking out.

The stay here was delightful as we enjoyed the cozy feel of our room and the overall warm atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the guys at the front desk who provided plenty of tips for exploring the city. The location is perfect, easily accessible to many of Rome’s iconic landmarks, making our sightseeing much easier. Plus, the breakfast options were a real treat—especially the tasty gluten-free pancakes!
